This standard is applicable to the work safety standardization by industrial and mining enterprises and the consultation, service and review of the standardization; other enterprises and production operating units may refer to this standard.
This standard shall be followed in the case that relevant industries establish the work safety standardization standards; professional work safety standardization standards shall prevail for those having established such standards.
