1.0.1 This code is formulated with view to standardizing the plan, design, construction and acceptance of transfer station of municipal solid waste (hereinafter referred to as "transfer station").
1.0.2 This code is applicable to the plan, design, construction and acceptance of constructed, renovated or extended transfer station engineering.
1.0.3 Plan, design, construction and acceptance of transfer station shall not only meet the requirements stipulated in this code but also comply with those in the current relevant ones of the nation.
