This standard specifies the types, main technical parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and the requirements of marking, packaging, transportation and storage of batch warping machine.
This standard is applicable to batch warping machines for the warping of cotton, chemical fiber and blended 97.2 tex~5.83 tex (6s~100s) yarn.

3 Product Types and Main Technical Parameters
3.1 Types
3.1.1 Transmission type: direct transmission warper beam.
3.1.2 Pressurization type: direct pressurization or indirect pressurization.
3.1.3 Bobbin creel type: V-shaped, rectangle, V- rectangle frame.
3.2 Main technical parameters
3.2.1 Warping linear speed: 0~1 000m/min.
3.2.2 Maximum nominal breadth: 2 000mm.
3.2.3 Side disk diameter of warper beam: 800mm, 1 000mm.
3.2.4 Length of pressurizing roller: (nominal breadth -4)+0 -0.5 mm.
3.2.5 Main dimensions of warper beam shall meet the requirements of FZ/T 90035-1992.
3.2.6 Main dimensions of bobbin creel shall meet the requirements of FZ/T 90083-1995.
