This standard specifies the scale grade, undertaking qualification, technical design and organization & implementation scheme, safety assessment, alert, management, etc. of fireworks and firecracker used in evening entertainment.
This standard is applicable to organizations and personnel who host, undertake evening entertainment operation of fireworks and firecracker within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
This standard is also applicable to firework ignition operation held in the daytime.
