3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions established in GB/T 5137.1 and GB 9656 and the following ones apply.
3.1
Automotive solar control window film
The thin film stuck on the automotive front, side and rear windshield safety glass, which keeps out heat from solar radiation but having no influence on safe driving to anyone.
3.2
Visible light transmittance
The ratio of luminous flux of the transmitted visible light to the incident visible light.
3.3
UV ray transmittance
The ratio of radiation flux of the transmitted ultraviolet spectrum to the incident ultraviolet spectrum.
