1 Scope

The maximum allowable average daily effluent concentration of water pollutants from powder and explosive industry and the maximum allowable water discharge of products in tons are specified by time interval in this standard according to the production scale, process and product category of powders and explosives.
This standard is applicable to the discharge management of water pollutants from powder and explosive manufacturing industries as well as the environmental impact assessment of construction project, design of environment protection facilities, final acceptance and the pollution control and supervisory management after completion in powder and explosive manufacturing industries.
