This standard specifies the surface treatment and plating methods of the materials and bottom plates used for preparing common paint film, the drying and state adjustment of paint film, constant temperature and humidity conditions and paint film thickness, etc.
This standard is applicable to the preparation of test plates used for determining the general performance of paint film.
