This standard specifies technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage for porous granular ammonium nitrate fuel oil explosive (hereinafter referred as porous granular ANFO explosive).
This standard is applicable to non-cap sensitivity ANFO explosives for surface blasting (also for medium-and-deep hole blasting of gas-free and dust-explosion-free underground) which are mainly made of porous granular ammonium nitrate and proportionally mixed with light diesel oil.
