This standard specifies the term and definition, storage conditions, storage requirements, preservation technology, safe operation, ex-warehousing and emergency treatment requirements for corrosive goods.
This standard is applicable to storage and preservation of goods defined in 3.1.

3 Term and definition
For the purposes of this standard, the following term and definition apply.
3.1
corrosive goods
substances that will cause serious damage to biological tissues in contact with through chemical action, or that can seriously damage or even destroy other goods or delivery vehicles in case of leakage

4 Storage conditions
4.1 Warehouse
4.1.1 The warehouse shall be cool, dry, ventilated and protected from light, and shall be subject to anti-corrosion and anti-seepage treatment. The warehouse building shall comply with the requirements of GB 50046.
4.1.2 The warehouses storing fuming nitric acid, bromine and perchloric acid shall be dry and ventilated. The requirements for fire resistance shall comply with GB 50016, and the fire resistance rating shall not be lower than Grade II.
