1 Scope
This Part of GB 1796 specifies the terms and definitions, designation, structural type, structure, dimension and materials for parts, appearance, principal rubber hardness, assembly performance, rubber-to-metal adhesion, sealability, ozone resistance, burst, flexing resistance, test method, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage for snap-in valves (hereinafter referred to as "valves").
This Part is applicable to the tubeless tyre valves which are 11.3 mm in valve hole diameter and 475 kPa in maximum service pressure, or 15.7 mm in valve hole diameter and 450 kPa in maximum service pressure.
