This standard is applicable to sodium cyclamate which is a food additive prepared from glucose through fermentation, esterification, conversion and refining.

C6H12NNaO3S·nH2O (n=0 for anhydrous product while n=2 for crystalline product)
2.3 Structural formula
2.4 Relative molecular mass
201.22 for anhydrous product while 237.25 for crystalline product (in accordance with international relative atomic mass reported in 2007)
