GB 22380.1-2008 Explosion protected safety technique of the petrol filling station - Part 1: Explosion protected safety technique requirements for fuel filling dispenser
Explosion protected safety technique of the petrol filling station - Part 1: Explosion protected safety technique requirements for fuel filling dispenser
This standard of GB 22380 is applicable to the fuel filling dispensers (hereinafter referred to as "dispenser") installed at petrol filling station. They can fill liquid fuel into vehicles, ships, light aircrafts or portable tank vessel with flow rate no greater than 200L/min and use or store liquid fuel under -20~+40℃ (if the temperature exceeds the scope, measures negotiated by manufacturer, user and inspection organization shall be taken).
This standard involves in the main hazards, hazard level and hazardous events of dispenser under normal working condition and manufacture's foreseeable condition (see Chapter 4).
This standard specifies the safety requirements for type selection, construction and performance of equipment.
This standard does not specify noise and the hazards related to transportation and installation.
The requirements for metering mode are not included in this standard.
This vapor recovery rate is not considered in this standard.
Note: the liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) is not included in the liquid fuel described in this standard.
