This standard specifies requirements for fire control center as general requirements, data and management requirements, control and display requirements, information record requirements for graphic display device as well as information transmission requirements.
This standard is applicable to fire control center or fire control room in remote alarm system and control center alarm system specified in GB 50116; it is also applicable to buildings without fire control center but with automatic fire system mentioned in this standard.

3 General Requirements
3.1 The fire equipment arranged in fire control center shall include fire alarm controller, fire linkage controller, graphic display device in fire control center, fire telephone switchboard, fire emergency broadcast control device, control device of fire emergency lighting and evacuation indicating system, fire power supply monitor and the like, or combined equipment with corresponding functions.
3.2 The fire equipment arranged in fire control center shall be able to monitor and display operating state information of building fire facilities and transmit the information to city fire remote monitoring center (hereafter referred to as monitoring center). See Annex A for operating state information of building fire facilities.
3.3 Data specified in 4.1 and fire safety management information specified in Annex B shall be preserved at fire control center which shall be able to transmit fire safety management information to monitoring center.
3.4 The main fire control center and sub fire control center shall be determined when there are two or more fire control centers. Fire equipment in main fire control center shall control the fire equipment sharing in the system and display their state information; meanwhile, they shall also be able to display state information of fire equipment in each sub fire control center and control the fire equipment together with the fire system and equipment controlled by it in each sub; fire equipment in each sub fire control center may transmit and display state information to each other but shall not control each other.
