This part is applicable to the classification and labelling of flammable solid according to UN Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (hereinafter referred to as GHS).

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions given in GB 13690 apply.

flammable solids
solids liable to burning; which can be ignited or helped to burn by friction
and powdery, granular or pasty solids which are liable to igniting in case of temporary exposure to ignition source (e.g. match on fire) and the flame will spread quickly
