This standard is applicable to 1,3-dioleoyl-2-palmitoyl triglyceride, a kind of food nutritive fortifier with edible vegetable oil and oleic acid (derived from edible vegetable oils and fats) as raw material and prepared via conversion of lipase catalytic ester for food industry. For preservation purpose, antioxidant may be contained in 1,3-dioleoyl-2-palmitoyl triglyceride.
