This standard specifies the basic health requirements and administration rules for the site, facilities and staffs in each link of the production of food contact materials and products, such as the purchasing, processing, packaging, storage and transportation of materials and auxiliary materials.
This standard is applicable to the production of various kinds of food contact materials and products. If it's necessary to establish a special hygienic regulation for a certain kind of food contact material and s product, this standard shall be taken as the basis.
2 Basic Requirements
2.1 The whole manufacture process and final products shall not do harm to human health or change the food properties.
2.2 The whole manufacture process shall be in accordance with those specified in relevant laws, regulations and standards of the nation, and reduce the usage amount of materials and auxiliary material as much as possible under the premise that the expected aim can be reached. For the above-mentioned purpose, the enterprises shall formulate corresponding specific requirements.
2.3 Enterprises shall establish, implement and abide by effective safety control system to ensure that the materials and auxiliary materials, semi-finished products and finished products comply with corresponding requirements of food safety.
2.4 The identification of the product shall be in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws, regulations and standards of the nation.
