1.0.1 This code is formulated with a view to make boiler plant design go through with national related law, regulation and stipulations to meet requirements of energy conservation, environment protection, safety in production, state-of-the-art technology, economy and rationality and quality-insurance, etc.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to thermal force piping design for industrial, living, district boiler plant and its outdoors in the following scopes:
1 Unit set boiler rated evaporating capacity of steam boiler plant with medium is water is 1—75t/h, rated exit steam pressure is 0.10—3.82 MPa (gauge pressure) and rated exit steam temperature is less than or equal to 450℃;
2 Unit set boiler rated thermal power of hot water boiler plant is 0.7—70 MW, rated exit water pressure is 0.10—2.50 MPa (gauge pressure) and rated exit water temperature is less than or equal to 180℃;
3 Outdoor steam pipe line, condensate pipeline, and closed cycle hot-water system conform to the parameters in items 1 and 2 of this article
1.0.3 This code is not applicable design for boiler plant and city heat supply network of exhaust-heat boiler, boiler, and other special types' boiler.
1.0.4 Design for boiler plant shall not only be in compliance with this code, but also be in compliance with national current relevant mandatory standards.
