Article 1.0.1 This standard is established with the purposes to strengthen quality control during production and construction of concrete, to promote technical development and to ensure quality of concrete.
Article 1.0.2 This standard is applicable to quality control on general concrete used for industrial and civil buildings.
Article 1.0.3 Quality control on concrete shall contain primary control, production control and qualification control. Implementation of quality control on concrete shall be compliant to the following provisions:
I. Quality of concrete shall be controlled to be compliant to requirements through examination and control on quality of raw material, determination and control on proportion of concrete, examination and control on quality of concrete production and construction as well as examination and control on qualification.
II. During production and construction, concrete quality shall be stably promoted through quality examination, calculation of statistical parameter, adoption of all sorts of diagram for quality management, management of dynamic information, control on concrete quality in production and construction, method update, establishment of measures for quality improvement as well as amelioration of quality control process.
III. Relevant technician and necessary examination and test equipments must be equipped, and necessary systems for technical management and quality control must be established and promoted.
Article 1.0.4 Besides provisions stated herein, quality control on concrete shall also comply with relevant provisions of applicable national standards.
