1.0.1 This code is established to improve construction level for installation engineering of forging-press equipment, promote technical progress, ensure engineering quality and safety and improve economic benefit.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to construction and acceptance for installation engineering of mechanical press, hydraulic press, automatic forging press, air hammer, forging machine, shearing machine and bending straightening machine.
1.0.3 The installation engineering of forging-press equipment shall be from the unpacking of equipment to the qualified of no-load test run.
1.0.4 The construction and acceptance for the installation engineering of forging-press equipment shall not only comply with this code but also comply with those in the current relevant ones of the nation.
2 Basic Requirement
2.0.1 The foundation, sizing block and foundation bolt of forging-press equipment shall meet the following requirements:
1 The geometric dimension and elevation of foundation shall re-inspected according to foundation design drawing and equipment base plate, and shall meet the relevant requirements of current national standard GB 50231 "General Code for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering";
2 The foundation surface connect withy forging-press equipment adopt or sizing block shall be leveled down or rubbed down and shall be not be trowelled by mortar;
3 Foundation bolt and sizing block shall meet the requirements of accompanying technical document; if there is not requirements in accompanying technical document, it shall meet the relevant requirements of current national standard GB 50231 "General Code for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering";
4 The sizing block of the forging-press equipment with nominal force less than 50000kN may be adopted with vibration damping sizing block.
2.0.2 Before the inspection for the geometric accuracy of mechanical press, the installation level shall be inspected and adjusted. When the worktable surface length is less than or equal to 1.5m, the level meter shall be placed on the central position of worktable for inspection; when the worktable surface length is larger than 1.5m, the level meter shall be placed on the end of worktable for inspection; the reading of longitudinally or transversally placed level meter shall not be larger than 0.20/1000, but the reading of straight side high speed precision press shall not be larger than 0.10/1000.
2.0.3 The cleaning and inspection of forging-press equipment before assembling shall meet the following requirements:
1 The external surface of components and parts, joint surface, sliding surface, various pipelines, oil tank and pressure vessel shall be cleaned; the assembly parts that have been assembled before leaving factory shall not be disassembled for cleaning; the requirements of cleaning method and cleanness shall meet the relevant requirements of current national standard GB 50231 "General Code for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering";
2 The cleaned finish surface, joint surface shall be painted with lubricating grease (without molybdenum disulfide) evenly during installation;
3 The base dimension and fit tolerance of components and parts to be assembled shall be inspected; the external surface of assembly parts shall be without damage, rust or distortion.
2.0.4 The assembling of forging-press equipment shall not only comply with provisions in Article 2.0.3 of this code but also shall meet the following requirements:
1 The technological specification and procedure of assembling shall meet the requirements of accompanying technical document;
2 The gasket, sleeve and other parts out of the assembly drawing shall not be installed;
3 The idle running amount of control device, regulating device and other transmission mechanism shall not exceed the total standard fitting gap value of all parts in dimension chain of this mechanism;
4 The fixed joint surface of forging-press equipment shall be jointed tightly; if there is no special requirements for the space between fixed joint surfaces of jointing components, the thickness feeler gauge (allowed to squeezed into the space) shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 2.0.4-1;
1) Circular bead of pillar and worktable;
2) Adjusting nut of pillar, locknut, upper beam and worktable surface;
3) Circular bead of hydraulic cylinder flange and upper beam or body rail;
4) Circular bead of piston or plunger and sliding block;
5) Main body and track or sliding block and panel;
6) Beam and brace of assemble type frame body;
7) Working platform and worktable or and beam.
