1.0.1 This code is established with the purposes to standardize sound reinforcement system design of auditorium (theater and multipurpose auditorium) and to guarantee favorable sound effect and convenient use of relevant locations in auditorium, such as audience hall and stage (platform).
1.0.2 This code is applicable to design of sound reinforcement systems relatively fixed in all sorts of newly-built, expanded and re-built auditoriums, excluding sound reproducing system for film (namely B-ring).
1.0.3 This code prescribes technical requirements of sound reinforcement system design of all sorts of auditorium as well as characteristic indexes of sound reinforcement system of audience hall.
1.0.4 Design of sound reinforcement must be carried out synchronously with design of civil works, and complete construction drawings and design shall be provided.
1.0.5 Design unit shall have special design competence and shall debug sound reinforcement system, so as to guarantee sound indexes to satisfy requirements stated herein.
1.0.6 Besides provisions stated herein, design of sound reinforcement system of auditorium shall also be compliant to relevant provisions of applicable national standards and codes.
