1.0.1 This code is formulated with the view to improve the construction level of oil and gas transmission pipeline, guarantee the construction quality, and make the construction engineering achieve state-of-art technology, economy and rationality, safe and reliable.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to construction, reconstruction and extension engineering of oil and gas transmission pipeline aerial crossing artificial or natural obstacles; it is not applicable to laying pipeline along existing bridge.
1.0.3 During the construction process, requirements on occupational health and safety, environmental protection, protection of historical relics shall comply with provisions of national or local regulations.
1.0.4 Not only the requirements stipulated in this code, but also those in the current relevant ones of the nation shall be complied with for construction of oil and gas transmission pipeline aerial crossing engineering.
