This standard specifies the method for determining impurities in milk and milk products.
This standard is applicable to the determination of impurities in pasteurized milk, sterilized milk, raw milk, condensed milk and milk powder, but not applicable to additives that contain non-lactoprotein or starch component, indissolvable coloring matter and affect filtration.
