This standard is applicable to aluminum lake generated by food additive sunset yellow reacting with aluminum hydroxide. This product is used as colorant in industries like food, medicine and cosmetic.

Fine and orange-yellow powder.
3.2 Technical requirements
Technical requirements of food additive, sunset yellow aluminum lake shall meet the requirements of Table 1.
