GB/T 11348.2-2007 Mechanical vibration—Evaluation of machines vibration by measurements on rotating shafts—Part 2:Land-based steam turbines and generators in excess of 50 MW with normal operating speeds of 1 500/r/min,1 800 r/min 3 000 r/min and 3 600 r/min
Mechanical vibration—Evaluation of machines vibration by measurements on rotating shafts—Part 2:Land-based steam turbines and generators in excess of 50 MW with normal operating speeds of 1 500/r/min,1 800 r/min 3 000 r/min and 3 600 r/min
This part specifies measuring method and evaluate criteria for radial vibration of rotating shaft located at or near bearing of turbines and generators; they include:
- Vibration under working condition of normal and stable operation;
- Transient vibration including raising speed or deceleration by resonance speed;
- Vibration changes generated under working condition of normal and stable operation.
In a general way, vibrational state of turbines and generators shall be evaluated on two aspects of vibration on rotating shaft and bearing block.
This part is applicable to steamship sails and generators with the normal operating speeds of 1 500 r/min, 1 800 r/min, 3 000 r/min and 3 600 r/min and the power above 50 MW; it’s also applicable to turbines and generators (such as combined cycle application) connected with combustion gas turbines directly; here the criteria of this part can only be used for turbines and generators. Vibration of combustion gas turbine shall be evaluated according to GB/T 11348.4 and GB/T 6075.4.
