This Standard specifies the terms and definitions, product code, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and the requirements for packaging, marking, transportation and storage of canned broad beans.
This Standard is applicable to the canned food, which is made of dry broad beans after soaking, precooking, canning, adding seasoning liquid, sealing, sterilization and cooling.
