1 Scope

This standard specifies the determination of nicotinic acid and folic acid in compound premix-high-pressure liquid chromatography.
This standard is applicable to the determination of nicotinic acid and folic acid in compound premix and vitamin premix. The measurement range of nicotinic acid content per kilogram of sample is above 1000mg, and that for folic acid is above 500mg.
