3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 20306 and the following apply.

the working state of the equipment under conditions directly related to its operation

rotary flying chair series
the amusement rides with the main movement as the passenger cabin rotating while lifting around the vertical axis, the passenger is suspended by ring chains or wire ropes, and most of them are amusement rides fly tower category with single-seat or double-seat

frog jump series
the amusement rides with the main movement as the passenger cabin moving up and down along the vertical track, the passenger cabin is mostly suspended by wire ropes, and most of them are amusement rides fly tower category with single row or multiple rows of cabin

space shot series
the amusement rides with the main movement as the passenger cabin moving up and down along the vertical track, the passenger cabin is suspended by wire ropes, and most of them are amusement rides fly tower category with one cabin

sky tower series
the amusement rides with the main movement as the passenger device moving up and down along the vertical track slowly, which is often accompanied by a slow rotation movement, the passenger cabin is suspended by wire ropes, and most of them are amusement rides fly tower category with one cabin

fail-safe
if the equipment fails, its control system or mechanical mechanism can maintain the safe state or change to the safe state to avoid the occurrence of severe faults or accidents

the failure of a part, structural connection point or electrical element on the amusement ride that will lead to failure of the entire equipment or endanger the safety of riders
