1 Scope
This standard specifies the establishment of the arrangement principle, measurement method, precision index and technical requirements of GPS control network by virtue of the static global positioning system (GPS) survey technology.
This standard is applicable to the design, layout survey and data processing for the national and local GPS control network.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
Observation session
The continuous observation time interval from the beginning to the end of receiving satellite signals on the survey station, hereinafter referred to as the session.
3.2
Simultaneous observation
Two or more receivers simultaneously observing the same group of satellites
3.3
Simultaneous observation loop
The closed loop constituted by the baseline vector obtained through the simultaneous observation by three or more receivers.
3.4
Independent observation loop
The closed loop constituted by the baseline vector obtained through the non-simultaneous observation.
3.5
Percentage of data rejection
In the same observation session, the ratio of the number of rejected observation values to the total number of obtained observation values.
