This Standard specifies the test method for determination of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) in natural gas by lead acetate reaction rate method.
This Standard is applicable to the measurement of H2S content in natural gas, the applicable range is 1 ~ 990 mg/m3. Gases with H2S content higher than this range may be carried out determination after diluted.
This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use. It is the responsibility of the user of this standard to establish appropriate safety and health practices and determine the applicability of regulatory limitations prior to use.
