This Standard specifies general requirements for the determination of water in natural gas using the Karl Fischer method.
This Standard is applicable to water concentrations between 5 mg/m3 ~5000 mg/m3. This method applies to natural gas with total content of hydrogen sulfide and mercaptan sulfur lower than 20% of water content, and other gases which do not react with Karl Fischer reagents.
Standard reference conditions of volume measurement is at temperature of 20 ℃ and a pressure of 101.325 kPa.
