This Part of GB/T 19494 specifies the terms and definitions, general principles and precision of sampling, establishing a sampling scheme, coal-sampling from moving streams, coal-sampling from stationary lots, packing and marking of coal samples as well as sampling report for the mechanical sampling of coal.
