This standard is applicable to the coke for smelting in blast furnace.

3 Technical Requirements
3.1 The technical index of coke for metallurgy shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 1.
3.2 Through negotiation between the supplier and the purchaser, the crushing strength may be supplied according to M25 or M40. If not specified, it is supplied according to M40.
3.3 Moisture and dust coke content are not used as basis for quality assessment.
