This standard specifies LC-MS-MS method for determination of 486 pesticides and related chemicals (see Appendices A and E) residues in barley, wheat, oats, rice and corn.
This standard is applicable to qualitative identification of 486 pesticides and related chemicals residues and quantitative determination of 376 pesticides and related chemicals residues in barley, wheat, oats, rice and corn.
For quantitative determination of 376 pesticides and related chemicals, method detection limit of this standard is 0.02μg/kg~0.96 mg/kg (see Appendix A).

3 Principles
Pesticides and related chemicals in the specimen is extracted by acetonitrile homogenization, purified by gel permeation chromatography, determined with LC-MS-MS, and quantified by external standard method.
