3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
electrically driven compressor assembly
electrically driven compressor assembly includes compressor with direct current motor assembly and inverter part; the two parts are independently installed and used for split-type electrically driven compressor assembly and assembled together for integrated electrically driven compressor assembly
3.2
compressor with direct current motor assembly
totally enclosed or semi-closed structure consisting of scroll type compressor and motor
3.3
inverter
device connecting to the main power supply of electric vehicle which controls the energy transmission and conversion between DC power supply and compressor motor and consists of external control signal interface circuit, motor control circuit and power driven circuit as well as protective circuit
3.4
energy efficiency ratio
ratio of refrigerating capacity of electrically driven compressor assembly to input power of controller
3.5
voltage grade of power supply
electrically driven compressor assembly is powered by power supply and the voltage grades of power supply are 36 V, 42 V, 48 V, 120 V, 144 V, 168 V, 192 V, 216 V, 240 V, 264 V, 288 V, 312 V, 336 V, 360 V, 384 V, 408 V, 540 V and 600 V
