This standard specifies the conditions and detailed analytical procedures for the determination of fructose, glucose, sucrose, maltose and lactose in foods with the high-performance liquid chromatography.
This standard is applicable to the determination of fructose, glucose, sucrose, maltose and lactose in such foods as cereals, milk products, fruit and vegetable products, blossom honey, syrup and beverage.
In this standard, the lowest detection limit for fructose, glucose, sucrose, maltose and lactose is 0.4%.
