This part of GB/T 23615 specifies those requirements for polyamide profiles, including terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificate as well as content of order (or contract).
It is applicable to polyamide profiles, a kind of thermal barrier material for architecture aluminium alloy extruded profiles.
Other types extruded thermal barrier materials may also refer to the provisions of this part.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 2035 and the following apply.
3.1
polyamide profiles
hot-extruded profiles taking polyamide 66 and glass fibre as major raw materials, used in aluminum alloy thermal barrier profiles to play the role of structural connection and reducing heat transfer effect
4 Requirements
4.1 Product classification
Polyamide profiles are divided into two types, i.e. Type I and non-Type I, according to section structure; see Figure 1 and Figure 2 for typical section examples.
