1 Scope
This Part specifies relevant terms and definitions, general requirements, test methods, inspection rules, etc. for full power AC-DC-AC voltage convertor of wind turbine generator system.
This Part is applicable to full power AC-DC-AC voltage convertor (hereinafter referred to as "convertor") of wind turbine generator system.

For dated references, subsequent amendments to (excluding correction to), or revisions of, any of these publications are not applicable to this Part. However, the parties who enter into agreement according to this Part are encouraged to research whether the latest editions of these documents may be applied or not.
