This standard defines and classifies high-voltage passive power filters, and specifies the design principles, design basis, design methods, basic contents of application technologies, etc.
This standard is applicable to high-voltage passive power filters (hereinafter referred to as filters) with power frequency of 50 Hz and rated voltage from1,000 V (inclusive) to 110 kV (inclusive).
In addition to this guide, the design and application of filters shall also comply with those specified in the current relevant standards and codes of the nation.
