This part of GB/T 30103 specifies the methods of testing for temperature and humidity, the main performance parameters of various types of cold storage.
This part is applicable to the determination of temperature and humidity distribution, surface temperature, ambient temperature, cooling agent temperature, inlet and outlet temperature and humidity of air cooler in all cold rooms and cooling systems for various types of cold storage.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
dry-bulb temperature
the value indicating the temperature of pure gas or mixed gases measured by a thermometer with appropriate accuracy and subjected to radiative correction
3.2
wet-bulb temperature
The temperature indicated by a thermometer when the wrap around its CDCombination detector has a water-soaked cotton core, air with a certain flow rate blows through the cotton core, and the heat absorbed by water vaporization and the heat provided by air reach equilibrium
3.3
relative humidity
The ratio of the partial pressure of water vapor in wet air to the saturated pressure of water at the same temperature, expressed in RH (%)
