3 Statistics rules
3.1 Audience data
3.1.1 Indicator classification
Audience data mainly include the numbers of audience, attendance, professional audience, professional attendance, overseas audience, overseas attendance and proportion index of audience.
3.1.2 Number of audience and attendance
3.1.2.1 The judgment on the audience shall comply with the definition of Sub-clause 2.3.9 in GB/T 26165-2010. Organizers, exhibition venues, service providers and exhibitors’ staff shall not be included in the audience data.
3.1.2.2 The numbers of audience and attendance can be obtained through the audience registration system or manual counting. The counting cycle shall cover the whole process from the official open day of the exhibition (including special exhibitions, excluding pre-exhibitions) to the end day of the exhibition.
3.1.2.3 When the number of audience is counted, the same audience who has visited the exhibition many times, is counted as one audience.
