This standard specifies the general safety requirements, test conditions, precision of test instrument, routine test before subzero test, subzero test method and test report of proton exchange membrane fuel cell stack at subzero (below 0℃) environment.
This standard is applicable to the test for storage, startup and working performance of proton exchange membrane fuel cell stack at subzero (below 0℃) environment.
