1 Scope

This standard specifies corrosion environment control of offshore wind turbine generator systems and regular corrosion protection methods for primary structural members and components (equipment) as well as relevant technical requirements.

This standard is applicable to corrosion protection design, construction, acceptance and operating maintenance of offshore wind turbine generator systems (hereinafter referred to as "turbine generator systems") and components.

This standard is not applicable to structures and foundations below offshore wind turbine generator system tower.
