1 Subject Content and Application Scope

This standard presents the characteristics and distribution of the dust, sand and salt mist appearing in nature, and their influence on the products as well as the factors influencing these environmental conditions.
This standard is applicable to the natural conditions to which products are liable to be exposed to dust, sand and salt mist during storage, transportation and use and their influence.
