This standard specifies the type, basic parameter and main dimension of LX and LXZ pin coupling elastomer (hereinafter referred to as "coupling") and provides the technical requirements, inspection rules, marking, packing and storage.
For the purposes of this standard, the said gear coupling is applicable to coupling the transmission shafting of two coaxial lines, and functions as two-shaft relative displacement compensation and general vibration reduction. Its working temperature: -20℃~+70℃ and transmission nominal torque 250N?m~180,000N?m.

3.1 Type
Coupling is divided into LX and LXZ types.

Coupling type and designation shall meet the requirements of GB/T 12458.
4 Basic Parameter and Principal Dimension
4.1 The basic parameter and principal dimension of LX pin coupling elastomer shall meet the requirements of Figure 1 and Table 1.
