1 Application scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic requirements, technical contents and test methods of wood based panels and finishing products.
This standard is applicable to wood-based panels, floor board, wall board, etc.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
wood based panels and finishing products
wood or non-wood plant fiber materials are used as main raw materials, then processed into various material units, applied (or not applied) with adhesives and other additives, and laminated into panels or molded products, mainly including plywood, particle board, fiberboard and surface finishing board, etc.
3.2
total volatile organic compounds, TVOC
volatile organic compounds with retention time between N-hexane and n-hexadecane, which are analyzed by non-polar chromatographic column (polarity index <10) and sampled by Tenax GC or Tenax TA. (GB/T 18883-2002)
4 Basic requirements
4.1 The product quality shall meet the requirements of corresponding product quality standards.
