This standard specifies the general requirements for self-monitoring of the electroplating industry pollutant emission units and the centralized sewage treatment plants specially treated with electroplating wastewater, the development of monitoring scheme, and the basic content and requirements of the information record and report.
This standard is applicable to the electroplating industry pollutant emission units and the centralized sewage treatment plants electroplating wastewater on self-monitoring of water and gas pollutants, noise and impact on the surrounding environment quality during production and operation.
Self-monitoring of self-contained thermal power generating units (plants) and supporting power boilers shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of HJ 820 Self-monitoring technology guidelines for pollution sources - Thermal power generation and boiler.
