This standard specifies the terminologies and definitions, product model and classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and the requirements for marking, packaging, transportation and storage of water cooling equipment for power converters.
This standard is applicable to the cooling equipment for power converterswith de-ionized water as heat transfer agent (hereinafter referred to as “cooling equipment”), and is also applicable to the cooling equipment of other electrical equipment with de-ionized water as heat transfer agent. Water cooling equipment used in DC transmission project may also refer to this standard.
