This standard specifies the structural types, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging of steel undee spring used for electric machines (hereinafter referred to as “undee spring”).
This standard is applicable to basic series and its subseries of small and medium asynchronous electric machines, and is also applicable to other steel undee springs used for equipment demanding axial precompression.
