This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection rules, test methods, quality certificate and marking of vacuum-treated alloy steel forgings for the noncentral hole rotors used for more than 300MW (including 300MW) turbine generator.
This standard is applicable to the ordering, manufacturing and inspection of noncentral hole rotors forgings operating at high temperature and (or) high stress used for more than 300MW (including 300MW) turbine generator.

3 Ordering Requirements
3.1 The supplier shall have a sound quality assurance system, and actual performance of producing sufficient central hole rotors forgings with similar material and size.
