1.0.1 This standard is formulated with a view to saving energy and resources, protecting the environment, creating clean and civilized construction site, ensuring the health and safety of construction personnel and improving the working environment and living conditions of construction site.
1.0.2 This standard is applicable to the management of construction site environment and sanitation of constructed, extended and renovated building as well as municipal infrastructure engineering.
1.0.3 The management of construction site environment and sanitation shall not only meet the requirements of this standard but also comply with those stipulated in the current relevant standards of the nation.
